BROWNIE

Reagan has her 1st Brownie meeting after school today. She is very exciting. Reagan was so happy because she got to wear the brownie uniform to school today. There are 64 girls in the first grade and 60 of them are signed up to be Brownies. It is a huge deal here. We are all so glad that Reagan is happy and loves school. I was really worried that I did some serious damage to her because she was just so sad and miserable last year. She really took moving away from Georgia hard. Things are so much better now!

This weekend has been nice and relaxing. School was cancelled on Friday due to the weather from Hurricane Ike. So the school Family Night at City Park was cancelled. Wayne, the girls, and I went to dinner at Semolina's and then played Putt Putt at the Mall. Reagan and Tatum had so much fun, and surprisingly were pretty good!

On Saturday, we went to visit Maw Maw and Paw Paw for a little while. Then, we went to the Weaver's to celebrate Drew's Birthday. The girls were so excited to see Drew and Charley. We haven't hung out with everyone in over a month...so it was long over due! We had a good time!
Today, would have been much better had the SAINTS won!!! Now Wayne is going to be in a bad mood for a few days!

We are back from our Evacuation Vacation. We were in Florida for 6 days. (It was a lot of fun once we knew that the storm wasn't doing too much damage to the New Orleans area.) Our cabin was cozy and we have lots of funny stories and memories! Reagan and Tatum had a great time in the pool and on the beach.
